Reasoning Technology Cofounders

Cofounders will be fully committed to the project and can support themselves in the initial phase. If you have been left out of the AI fray, this might be your chance to get involved.

I am looking for cofounders who are open, straightforward, and sincere in their relations with others, eager to share my vision for a new type of AI tool, and at some point be willing to move to the office location.

I am looking for experienced talented people who are skilled, competent, and productive. As we are a startup, people must be flexible and work on what is needed despite the role they came in under.

A Social Media Person

A person who would keep the company's social media presence up to date, post on Twitter, read the emails, put together and babysit a crowdfunding campaign, write some articles for LinkedIn, keep track of calendar dates for all important company deadlines, perhaps get us enrolled in some events, search for people who would be of mutual interest, and generally bring positive energy to the people involved in the project.

Program Manager

The program manager will take over my analysis, modified PERT Charts, and worksheets. He or she will re-examine the data and create his or her own professional documents and analysis that can be presented to potential investors.

He or she will monitor the progress and burn rates of the projects. He or she will keep the program diagrams and the budgets updated and make finance requirements projections.

The program manager will create proforma programs for the marketing strategists and product development people as they weigh various plans. He or she will generate the financial sheets for annual reports and other related tasks to the above.

Marketing Strategist

The marketing strategist will design and present effective plans for our company program. The program aims to generate high returns for the stakeholders while taking calculated risks.

The plans will include various projects that target different communities, such as early adopters, investors, employees, customers, channel partners, or others that become apparent. The marketing strategist will also develop strategies to optimize our relationships with these communities and to explore potential M/A opportunities.

The marketing strategist will conduct market research until a market researcher is hired. Market research tasks include competitive analysis, value proposition testing, customer segmentation and profiling, and community feedback surveys. A marketing strategist will surely realize that currently the most important strategy is one that leads to initial investment.

Programmers

Expertise required for Reasoning Technology product development include JavaScript real time interaction, backend development, SaaS product deployment, writing of low level protocols, engaging APIs, software project management, and of course test bench creation, integration and testing.

Ideally it seems to me that a programmer co-founder will have a computer science degree, perhaps a long time ago, will have programmed so many different languages that they all look alike. Is familiar with functional programming, or can get the concept easily. Will have coded some low level things in his or her career, and perhaps worked with some real time code. Is comfortable with Linux, GNU, and open source tools. Has some data science awareness. Perhaps has been playing with the Chat-GPT API. Has some inkling of real time systems using scheduling queues. And despite all of that knowledge and experience, is still curious and open-minded.
