Example Successes

Metric Concept Spaces

Part of my ‘Meta Design of Neural Networks’ model presented to Dr. Joydeep Ghosh and Dr. Bruce Porter at UT in 1988. The Chat GPT folks are calling this ‘attention’ and say it is key to its success. See University Projects.

Symbiosis

Increased computer security through distributed identical copies of data sets, first patent filed in 1999. Bitcoin uses this same model. See the Intellectual Ventures section of Degreed Professional.

Two Level Microcode

A microprocessor architecture done in 2003 where ALU operations were configured at one level, then used as an instruction at the second level, thus supporting streaming. See the Quicksilver section of Degreed Professional.

AMD Multiple Patents Award

For my novel approaches to architecture, algorithms, logic, and circuits that helped make AMD a serious competitor to Intel. See the AMD section of Degreed Professional.

The White Knight Is Talking Backwards

A Bayesian Network (a type of Neural Network) model for quantum mechanics, with a novel interpretation of time. Developed in the 1980s, see University Projects.

Infinitus

A Hyperbolic Space model for Cosmology. Presented to the IAS in 1980 see As a Youth.
